Blooming Set-up Skirt

A romantic skirt and leggings combo setup. The mesh tutu skirt bottom creates a whimsical vibe, while the waist features lovely wavy lace detail. The leggings are made from soft brushed cotton-spandex jersey.

* Wash in cold water using a laundry bag, and do not use a dryer
