About Pre-order

Our store offers a full range of styles for pre-order from our trusted/beloved brands like Monbebe, Aosta, Ninibello, Soye, Puella Flo and Thelala.

Preorder item(s) might be Pre-Order Only and may not be available for purchase instore.

We guarantee inventory on preorders, however if there is ever an unforeseen issue that affects availability, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Timeline

Pre-orders are open for a limited period and close at the end of each designated preorder window. Once the preorder period ends, orders are processed.

Pre-order item(s) arrive in Canada within approximately 4–6 weeks from the closing date. The estimated shipping date is stated on the product description page for your reference.

Most items arrive slightly earlier than estimated; however, delays may occur in rare cases due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping 

Free shipping on pre-orders in combination with in-stock products is only eligible if order is shipped as one order.

If a preorder item is included in your order, we will fulfill and ship the order entirely once your preorder items are ready to ship. If you require separate shipments, please kindly place your orders separately.

Return/Exchange

Due to the nature of pre-orders, all sales are FINAL. Orders cannot be canceled, refunded, exchanged, or modified once placed.
