Exchanges and Refund

Exchange, refund or credit note within 14 days of purchase on regular priced merchandise in its original and intact packaging. No refund, exchange or credit note on pre-order, sale or clearance items - they are all FINAL SALE.

The shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the initial shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

If your item is damaged or defective, we will be sure to get a resolution for you if reported within 3 days of the delivery date. To ensure we make your order right, we will require a photo(s) of the damage and for the original item to be returned. Please kindly write to us at info@tinytoesshop.ca for the detailed procedure.

[ NOTE ] White/Cream color cotton fabric & linen (linen blended) fabric is made from unbleached material, and they may still contain the traces of cotton seeds. This is not a defect and will gradually fall away through washing. It's also skin-friendly.

 

RETURN PROCESS

All orders should be returned in by mail. If the return is due to the broken or defective goods, we will send you a prepaid return label by email. Please kindly write to us at info@tinytoesshop.ca for the detailed procedure.

Refunds or exchanges will be made 1-3 business days after receiving the order back to our warehouse.
